GCP Capital Group arranges 16 mortgages totaling $204.889 million

New York, NY GCP Capital Group LLC has arranged mortgage financing in the aggregate amount of $204.889 million for the following 16 properties:

• $90.2 million in combined financing for a portfolio of 13 multifamily buildings containing 890 apartments and two commercial units in the Bronx. Paul Greenbaum, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing.

• $33 million in combined financing for two six-story multifamily buildings containing a total of 150 apartments and 35,870 s/f of commercial space on Fifth Ave., Manhattan. Adam Brostovski, principal of GCP, arranged the financing.

• $12 million for a six-story multifamily building containing 30 apartments on Thompson St., Manhattan. Greenbaum arranged the financing.

• $9.4 million combined financing for a five-story apartment building with 30 units on College Ave., Bronx and a five-story apartment building with 21 units on West 139th St., Manhattan. Brostovski arranged the financing. 

• $7.826 million for a six-story multifamily building containing 76 apartments on Tiebout Ave., Bronx. Brostovski arranged the financing.

• $7.5 million for a six-story multifamily building containing 74 apartments and 8,100 s/f of office space on Grand Concourse in the Bronx. Brostovski arranged the financing.

• $7 million for a four-story multifamily building containing 37 apartments in the Bushwick section of Brooklyn. Alan Perlmutter, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing.

• $7 million for a four-story residential building containing 38 apartments in the Bushwick section of Brooklyn. Alan Perlmutter arranged the financing.

• $5.5 million in combined financing for two five-story mixed-use buildings containing a total of 39 apartments and six stores in the Belmont and Morris Park sections of the Bronx. Brostovski arranged the financing.

• $5.5 million for a six-story multifamily building containing 48 apartments, located on Nostrand Ave., Brooklyn. Greenbaum arranged the financing.

• $4.763 million for two contiguous five-story buildings containing a total of 23 apartments and two commercial units on Bruckner Blvd., Bronx. Michael Charnowitz, senior associate of GCP, arranged the financing.

• $4.2 million for a five-story multifamily building containing 21 apartments, located on West 150th St., Manhattan. Brostovski arranged the financing.

• $3.5 million for a six-story multifamily building containing 44 apartments and one commercial unit, located on West 142nd St., Manhattan. Louis Perlmutter, senior associate of GCP, arranged the financing.

• $3.4 million for a five-story apartment building containing 26 apartments, located on West 172nd St., Manhattan. Matthew Classi, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing.

• $2.1 million for a four-story building containing three apartments and one ground floor retail tenant, located on Smith St., Brooklyn. Matthew Albano, senior broker of GCP, arranged the financing.

• $2 million for a six-story apartment building containing eight apartments on Stuyvesant Ave., Brooklyn. George Spanos, senior associate of GCP, arranged the financing.
