Fields of City Connections arranges 1,800 s/f lease
Barry Fields , a commercial real estate agent at City Connections, has closed a new 1,800 s/f retail lease to Envy Corp., an owner of now over 40 nail and hair salons in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx. The company has plans to open two new stores each month. This new space, located at 1998 Bruckner Blvd., will be Envy's 41st location. Vornado Realty Trust, the landlord, was represented by in-house retail agent, A.J. Levine. This is Envy's second deal with Vornado.
