* 24,075 s/f at Putnam Plaza, Carmel. Edgray USA represented the tenant and Martin Brothers, managing member, represented the landlord, Gandol Realty Corp.
* 26,000 s/f at Rosman Center, Garnerville. This will be a newly constructed green building using a geothermal heating and cooling system and solar panels. Edgray USA represented the tenant and Milton Shapiro, Esq., a principal of Rosman Center, LLC, represented the landlord.
* 7,275 s/f leased by Dress Barn, Inc. at Putnam Plaza, Carmel. Edgray USA represented the landlord, Gandol Realty Corp., and Welco Realty, Inc. represented the tenant.
