Pyramid arranges two sales totaling $857,000 and a 23,257 s/f lease

Pyramid Brokerage Company has completed two sales totaling $857,000 and a 23,257 s/f lease. The transactions include: * Carmen Davoli of Pyramid brokered the sale transaction of the former Club 37, located at 3717 Brewerton Rd. in North Syracuse. The 8,796 s/f building, situated on 3 acres on Rte. 11 sold for $437,000 to Warner's Road Development LLC. * Michael Kalet of Pyramid brokered the sale of the investment property located at 6424 East Taft Rd. in Cicero. The 22,688 s/f warehouse and showroom facility was sold to a local construction company for $420,000.  The new owner intends to use the property as an investment and keep A.H. Harris as a long term tenant.  Pyramid represented the seller-CHH of New York-in this sale transaction. * John Clark, SIOR, CRE, and Brian Balash of Pyramid, brokered the 23,257 s/f office lease at 5823 Widewaters Pwy. 3PD Incorporated, a delivery service company specializing in last-mile delivery and logistics leased the space for its regional office.  Pyramid represented the landlord-HUB Trust Properties and Bill Annios of CBRE represented the tenant in this lease transaction.
