Cresa arranges new office deal for Acuity

Manhattan, NY Cresa has arranged a lease for 6,495 s/f at Vornado’s PENN 1 for Acuity Knowledge Partners (Acuity), a global provider of research and analytics services to the financial services industry.

The landlord, Vornado Realty Trust, was represented in-house. The tenant is scheduled to take possession of the space in 2025. The lease term is for seven years.

Acuity’s industry leading services support the operations of over 500 firms in such sectors as banking, asset management, private equity and consulting. The move to PENN 1 comes at a time of rapid growth for the firm, following a recent acquisition in the data automation space and significant expansion of Acuity’s client base in recent years.

“Acuity’s global expansion continues apace and locating our main U.S. presence in the heart of Midtown, shows our continued dedication to our core client market of the USA.” said Robert King, CEO, Acuity Knowledge Partners. “It also reflects the ongoing growth and rising demand for Acuity’s technology-based solutions and the domain expertise of our staff. We have been pleased to secure this space with the expert assistance of the team at Cresa.”

Added Cresa senior vice president Nick Markel, “Our client elected to move their Manhattan headquarters into Midtown, where there were several good opportunities. They chose a LEED Gold certified building with brand new infrastructure, unparalleled access to transportation, and abundant wellness and work-related amenities throughout the PENN DISTRICT campus. In addition, they will have custom built offices.”
