Cresa arranges new office deal for Acuity
Manhattan, NY Cresa has arranged a lease for 6,495 s/f at Vornado’s PENN 1 for Acuity Knowledge Partners (Acuity), a global provider of research and analytics services to the financial services industry.
The landlord, Vornado Realty Trust, was represented in-house. The tenant is scheduled to take possession of the space in 2025. The lease term is for seven years.
Acuity’s industry leading services support the operations of over 500 firms in such sectors as banking, asset management, private equity and consulting. The move to PENN 1 comes at a time of rapid growth for the firm, following a recent acquisition in the data automation space and significant expansion of Acuity’s client base in recent years.
