Classi of GCP Capital Group arranges $6.85 million financing
Brentwood, NY According to GCP Capital Group LLC, the firm completed financing totaling $6.85 million for a two-story garden apartment complex containing six buildings with a total of 54 units, located in Suffolk County.
Matthew Classi, managing member of GCP Capital Group, arranged the financing for this transaction.
