Battaglia of Stonegate Real Estate brokers $600,000 sale of 40 Main St.
East Rockaway, NY Stonegate Real Estate has completed the sale of 40 Main St., a bank building offering multiple options for any end user.
The sale price was $600,000.
The deal was handled on both sides by Stonegate’s Nicholas Battaglia. The buyer was Lendtech, and the seller was 40 Main LLC. 40 Main St. totals 3,370 s/f on a .113 acre site. The subject offers 47 ft. of frontage.
