(KDA), the firm has arranged a lease for 4,000 s/f of warehouse space for New York Ming Xuan International, Inc. at 1267 Randall Ave. in the Hunts Point section. Bill (Wei Sing) Chang and Clark Goldberg of KDA represented the tenant in the deal, which was made directly with the owner, S & Z Construction Corp.
New York Ming Xuan International is opening a new restaurant supply business at the location. The property at 1267 Randall Ave. is a one-story, 12,500 s/f building offering convenient access to the Bruckner Expressway (I-278) and the #6 subway line.
KDA is a 105-year-old, Brooklyn-based real estate firm. In addition to providing brokerage and management services, Kalmon Dolgin has acquired $300 million of its own real estate assets within the past year alone, primarily industrial and medical/office properties.
