Carney of GVA Williams brokers 11,500 s/f lease for CapRock Capital
GVA Williams of Connecticut leased an 11,500 s/f office for the newly formed CapRock Capital at 555 Theodore Friend Ave. CapRock is taking a four-year sublease from Tremont Advisors and will move into the space next month. The building is also known as the International Center at Rye.
According to Andrew Carney, the GVA broker who represented CapRock, "Although office vacancy rates in the 287 corridor hover around 13%, it's rare to find turnkey office space with the amenities and quality fixtures of this building and space. It was only on the market officially one day. The International Center at Rye is one of the premier addresses in Westchester."
