Benzakein of Cresa acts for CDCLI in relocation to Melville

Melville, NY After a thorough search of the Long Island market, CDCLI has decided to relocate its headquarters to 1660 Walt Whitman Rd.

CDCLI will make the 23,500 s/f space their new headquarters, but will continue to have additional branch locations in both Nassau and Suffolk Counties.

Ralph Benzakein, SIOR, of Cresa, who represented CDCLI, said, “We worked diligently with the landlord and the JLL team and they were ultimately able to provide us with a package that will help make this CDCLI’s home for many years.”

The landlord, Melville Corporate Park LLC, was represented by Kyle Crennan and Joe Lopresti of JLL. The campus, which includes 520 Broadhollow Rd. is now fully leased.

CDCLI’s president and CEO, Gwen O’Shea said, “As CDCLI continues to expand its team, customer base and impact; transitioning its headquarters to Melville further supports that growth. Melville provides greater accessibility for the vast customer base, team, Board of Directors and community partners. With a team of 100+ individuals, CDCLI is looking forward to being an active member of Melville’s community and economic development.”
