Zere Real Estate Services leases 5,000 s/f
Ronkonkoma, NY Michael Zere, senior vice president at Zere Real Estate Services closed a 5,000 s/f industrial lease for Elite Flooring of Long Island Inc. at 711 Koehler Ave.
“This industrial multi-building complex is conveniently located off the MacArthur Airport Business Corridor in the heart of the transportation hub. Close to the LIRR Ronkonkoma Station, MacArthur Airport, Sunrise Hwy, the LIE -Long Island Expressway Exits 59 & 60,” said Zere.
Zere represented the landlord, Active Vision Inc. in this industrial lease transaction.
