Ronkonkoma, NY A 2,345 s/f professional commercial office condominium at 3555 Veterans Memorial Hwy., Unit D, within The Lakeland Office Condominium Complex was sold. The sale price was $439,000.

The property was exclusively marketed and sold by Michael Zere and Michelle Marie Zere of Zere Real Estate Services, who represented the buyers, JPI Healthcare Solutions Inc. and the seller, Anthony Vela.

Michael Zere exclusively represented the tenant and the landlord, Gemina Corp.
