“The seller was actually former customer of mine that I sold the building to in the year 2000 for his trucking distribution company. That same customer remembered me and came back to my office 19 years later and walked into my office and asked for the lady in the hat to help him again this time to sell his industrial building that I sold to him all those years ago,” said Marie Zere.

“The building was in great condition. The location of this property is conveniently located off of MacArthur Airport Veterans Memorial Hwy. Business Corridor, Sunrise Hwy. and the LIE for easy truck access to transportation arteries. In addition, the site delivers tremendous loading capacity with three loading docks and the possibility for another drive in door,” said Michael Zere.
