Zere of Zere Real Estate Services closes 3,000 s/f

Islandia, NY Michael Zere, senior vice president at Zere Real Estate Services closed on a 3,000 s/f lease for the law firm of Margolin Besunder LLP at 3750 Expressway Dr. South.

“The building location is considered a landmark building with visibility off the Long Island Expressway (LIE) Exit 57 with a high window ratio and fabulous architectural design finishes. In addition, the new tenant was well suited for the second floor space since they only had to move across the street from 1050 Old Nichols Rd., their last location, keeping it all simple and natural selection to keep phone numbers and the town address which makes it easy for their clients to find them,” said Zere.

Zere represented both the tenant, as well as the landlord, Yubtblding LLC, in this lease transaction.
