Zere of Zere Real Estate Services brokers office condo: $329,000
Ronkonkoma, NY Michael Zere, executive vice president at Zere Real Estate Services has sold a 1,534 s/f commercial office condo in the Lakeland Office Condominium Complex located at 3505 Veterans Memorial Hwy., Suite M. The complex is in the MacArthur Airport Business Corridor in Suffolk County.
“Office condos in this size range for businesses are a great investment, when they actually do become available for sale and get swept up off the market quickly,” said Zere.
Zere represented the seller, Salano & Musemeci, and the buyer, Cosentino LLC, in this sale transaction.
The purchase price was $329,000.
