Medford, NY Visium Crossfit has leased 5,400 s/f for a fitness-training center at 28 Industrial Blvd. The site was chosen as a highly underserved market for fitness training facilities. “The customer has a highly specialized training program for serious athletes and the property has high ceilings that were ideal for cross training,” said Michael Zere, executive vice president of Zere Real Estate Services, who represented the tenant and the landlord, TDS Inc.
