Zere of Zere Real Estate brokers $400,000 sale of industrial condo

Ronkonkoma, NY Zere Real Estate Services, a commercial real estate company, has sold a 2,500 s/f commercial industrial R&D condominium at 144-1 Remington Blvd.
Michael Zere, executive vice president at Zere Real Estate, represented both parties in this transaction. The buyer was 144-1 Remington LLC and the seller was Tre Tesori Corp LLC.
“Commercial condominiums have been in great demand if they are priced to sell, well-maintained and offer additional office space for R&D use,” said Zere. The purchase price for the property was $400,000.
