Zegans and Skulnik of Ripco Real Estate secure 2,800 s/f lease for Village Den

 

 

Manhattan, NY Ripco Real Estate has secured a 2,800 s/f lease for Village Den at 225 West 12th St. in the West Village. The fast-casual diner is being re-opened by “Queer Eye” cast member Antoni Porowski along with partners Eric Marx and Lisle Richards, with a projected opening date for September. While terms were not disclosed, a team of Ripco brokerage professionals, including Lindsay Zegans and Richard Skulnik represented the Village Den. Gary and Chris Dana from Douglas Elliman represented ownership
