Signer and Cody of Cushman & Wakefield arrange 7,668 s/f retail lease for Nili Lotan in TriBeCa

 

 

Manhattan, NY Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a long-term lease for Nili Lotan at 142 Duane St.in the TriBeCa neighborhood. Nili Lotan will use the space for the brand’s showroom, office, and design center.

A Cushman & Wakefield team consisting of managing director Brandon Singer and senior brokerage coordinator Michael Cody represented Nili Lotan. The landlord of the property is 101 Holdings.

“During Nili Lotan’s search, our team was dedicated to finding the ideal space for the brand’s new showroom and design center, and 142 Duane St. offered the multi-level, sunlight space the brand was looking for,” said Singer. “The property was certainly worth the wait.”

The retail space at 142 Duane St. totals 7,668 s/f over the ground floor, mezzanine and lower level. The multilevel retail property has high ceilings and offers  natural light making it a perfect location for Nili Lotan’s new design center and showroom.

Nili Lotan is a namesake fashion brand created by Israeli-born and New York-based ready-to-wear fashion designer, Nili Lotan. The brand was launched in 2003 and has seen great success with a list of dedicated, famed clients such as Gigi Hadid, Kendall Jenner and Jennifer Lawrence.
