Zar Property NY signs five
leases at 119 West 57th St.

Manhattan, NY Zar Property NY has completed five lease transactions at 119 West 57th St., a 16-story property on Billionaires’ Row. Zar Property NY acquired the 145,000 s/f building in late 2024 for $27 million and has since undertaken a comprehensive renovation.

Transactions included:

• IF MANAGEMENT — Seven-year lease for 2,350 s/f on the 15th floor. Tenant represented by Cooper Weisman, Newmark.

• CALEX — Seven-year lease for 2,880 s/f on the 11th floor. Tenant represented by Ben Blumenthal, Noah & Co.

• ATM Associates — 10-year lease for 4,140 s/f on the 4th floor.  Tenant represented by David Lolai, LSL Advisors.

• Thara Thai Spa — Five-year lease on the 5th floor. Tenant represented by Steven and Nina Sunderland, Optimal Spaces.

• Zornberg MD PC — Four-year lease extension on the 8th floor. No broker involved.
