Zach of Itzhaki Properties closes $2.1 million sale of five-story multifamily
Itzhaki Properties has brokered the $2.1 million sale of a five-story multifamily building in the Washington Heights. The building consists of 20 apartments and three stores. Shay Zach, managing partner of Itzhaki, represented both the buyer and the seller. "It took me 1 week from getting the listing to selling it," said Zach.
This sale is another sale in a long business relationship that Zach has with the owners of the building. The sale represents much upside as the rents are very low, and the building is 100% rent stabilized.
