Zach, Efrati and Kozhinoff of Itzhaki broker $555,000 sale

Itzhaki Properties has completed the sale of 612 Jackson Ave. and 720 East 151st St. This 50' x 100' lot is located in the Mott Haven neighborhood. The lot was sold as a development site, and is suitable for construction of five three-family homes or a 17,000 s/f development. The lots sold for $555,000 in an all cash transaction. Shay Zach, Itzhaki managing partner, together with Ami Efrati and Aaron Kozhinoff, Itzhaki investment sales associates, represented both the buyer and the seller. This deal was placed under contract in less then 30 days since Itzhaki procured the exclusive listing.
