Wright joins North Bridge ESG LLC as managing director

New York, NY David Wright has joined North Bridge ESG LLC as managing director. Wright will play a pivotal role in advancing North Bridge’s commercial real estate financing platform, bringing deep industry expertise to guide market expansion and support long-term platform scalability.

In his new role, Wright will be a key member leading the firm’s origination and syndication strategy, and efforts to source, structure, and close real estate transactions across the country, including large balance C-PACE transactions. He will also play an integral role in shaping North Bridge lending strategies to meet the evolving needs of institutional real estate developers, operators and lenders.

With more than 15 years of industry experience, Wright has been involved in nearly $7 billion of commercial real estate investments across both debt and equity transactions in the US, UK, Europe and Australia. He joins North Bridge from the real estate investment group at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, where he focused on the origination of new structured debt investments including mezzanine debt, preferred equity and levered mortgages.

Prior to re-joining J.P. Morgan in 2018, Wright worked at RBC Real Estate Capital Partners, a commercial real estate debt principal investment platform within RBC Capital Markets. In 2013, he moved to London to help launch the Real Estate Capital Partners platform unit in Europe. David began his career working on commercial real estate equity investments at RXR Realty and J.P. Morgan Asset Management. “We are thrilled to welcome David to the North Bridge team,” said Laura Rapaport, Founder and CEO of North Bridge. “His proven success in capital markets, combined with deep industry relationships and strategic acumen, will be key to accelerating our growth and delivering tailored financing solutions to institutional real estate sponsors.”
