Wilcox of Realty Connect Comm’l. Partners brokers $4.2 million sale; industrial building purchased by Interstate Mechanical Services
Yaphank, NY According to Realty Connect Commercial Partners, Catherine Wilcox, licensed salesperson, has completed the sale of 355 Sills Rd. This 58,000 s/f industrial building was sold for $4.2 million.
The purchaser, Interstate Mechanical Services will be utilizing the majority of the building for their current business. Wilcox has been retained by the owner as exclusive agent to lease the balance of the space in the building. The transaction was financed through the SBA (Small Business Administration).
