Wheeler joins Gramercy as senior dir., leasing and asset management
According to Gramercy Capital Corp., John Wheeler has joined its Gramercy Realty division as senior director, leasing and asset management. He brings 20 years of commercial property leasing and asset management experience involving commercial properties throughout the U.S. with industry leaders including Jones Lang LaSalle, Cushman & Wakefield, The Galbreath Co., and most recently, Antares Investment Partners.
He will be responsible for Gramercy Realty's Northeast region, which comprises more than 130 office and branch banking properties and 9.3 million s/f, plus a 15-property nationwide office portfolio leased to Bank of America.
