Voda Bauer Real Estate hires Ignatieva as director of investment sales
Voda Bauer Real Estate, a revolutionary full-service residential and commercial firm, today announced it has hired Gina Ignatieva as director of investment sales. Since launching less than two months ago, the firm has also hired 15 experienced New York City agents. In her new role, Ignatieva will be focused on business development, deal sourcing, client support and transaction negotiation. She will handle the sale of apartment buildings, development sites, office buildings and retail properties. Additionally, she will be involved in structuring of long-term net leases and joint ventures. Ignatieva is a licensed Real Estate Associate Broker in New York with over seven years of property brokerage experience, with a particular focus on landlord representation on an exclusive basis. Prior to joining Voda Bauer Real Estate, she was an Associate with the New York team for Brookfield Financial. Earlier, she served as a Real Estate Associate Broker at Douglas Elliman, where she focused on market analysis and seller representation. Ignatieva earned a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from the Columbia School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation and holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Economics from Harvard University. Ignatieva is a scholarship recipient and is currently involved in WX New York Women Executives in Real Estate, an invitation-only association of executive-level women actively engaged in the commercial real estate industry in New York as well as REBNY.
