Westwood Realty Associates has completed the $35 million sale of 1749 Grand Concourse.
The seller was 1749 Grand Concourse Owners LLC and the buyer was Azure Properties, LLC.
The property is a 13-story elevator building consisting of 274 apartments and four commercial spaces.
The building has 200 ft. of frontage on the Grand Concourse. The building sold at $124,000 per unit but the buyer saw great potential in the bricks of this building and the major potential it has. Steven Vegh of Westwood Realty was the broker of both sides and Phil Goldstein assisted with the seller.
