Vanguard-Fine, LLC negotiates nine leases in the upstate region

According to Ken Brownell and Barry Feinman, principles of Vanguard-Fine, LLC, the company recently completed nine transactions in the upstate region including: * A ten-year lease between Planet Fitness Henrietta, LLC and South Town Plaza Associates. The 28,000 s/f space is located in South Town Plaza. Gordon Heeps of Vanguard was the broker. * A five-year, 2,198 s/f lease between Windsor Development Group, Inc. and Huntington Learning Center at the Shops at Village Plaza in Clifton Park. Alex Kutikov of Vanguard-Fine was the broker. * A five-year, 2,121 s/f lease between Princess Nails and Harry Soffer located at Wynantskill Square in Wynantskill. Kutikov was the broker. * A ten-year, 4,636 s/f lease between Buffalo Wagon Pan Asian, LLC and Wolf Rd. Park II, LLC located in the Wolf Rd. Shoppers Park. Steve Lerner of Vanguard-Fine was the broker. * A five-year lease between Meineke Muffler and Evan Feinman, LLC located at 1021 Central Ave in Albany. * The sale of former McDonald's at 241 Saratoga Rd. in Glenville. Paul Bulmer of Vanguard-Fine was the broker. * A six-year lease with Nigro Companies between Easyhome and Century Mall II Associates located in Hannaford Plaza. * The sale of a four-acre property with a 4,400 s/f office warehouse building at 151 Cordell Rd. in Colonie, between Dave Fusco and Joseph Crownse. * A ten-year, 2,500 s/f lease between Windsor Development and Five Guys Famous Burgers and Fries located in the Southside Plaza in Clifton Park.
