Vanderbilt Realty closes on $11m sale of Ronkonkoma office complex
Ronkonkoma, NY Vanderbilt Realty of Glenwood Landing, completed the closing of 3285 Veterans Memorial Hwy. on behalf of a Hackensack, N.J. partnership. The property spans 71,000 s/f comprised of four buildings. The sale price was $11 million.
Lyle Alper, director of investment sales at Vanderbilt said, “This was a unique opportunity for the purchaser to obtain a quality multi-tenant office park with close access to major highways.”
Vanderbilt represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction. The buyer is a limited liability company located in Garden City, N.Y.
