Upstate NY Chapter of the Appraisal Institute offering two upcoming educational opportunities

Rochester, NY The Upstate New York Chapter of the Appraisal Institute has an active education calendar for real estate appraisers for the remainder of 2025 for continuing education (CE) with upcoming seminars starting in August.

An August 19th seminar will be the four hour Fair Housing-Fair Lending Course which will be virtual and will be moderated by John Zukowski, MAI, SRA.

October 24th seminar will be a seven hour Impact of Short-Term Rentals (In Real Property Valuation) located at the Community Bank, 5790 Widewaters Pkwy., Dewitt.
