Troy, NY United Group’s project pipeline is prospering. With multiple projects currently under construction, in development, and successful events, United Group is immersed in a growth mode company-wide.

Currently in development is Deerfield Place, a multifamily community located in Utica. The $31 million project will feature a clubhouse, apartment finishes, and an outdoor in-ground pool. Construction is expected to kick-off in late spring.

Glenmont Abbey Village, located in Glenmont, a $23 million project for independent and active seniors, opened in November. The apartment community has received a major influx of applications and move-ins within the past two months. Phase 2 of the project is expected to be complete this month and will be followed by a grand opening ceremony this spring.

United Group was recently chosen by the Hudson Valley Community College (HVCC) Board of Trustees to be the developer of their student housing project. The planned 268-bed community will be within walking distance of the college. The project is expected to break ground in May.

Outside of New York, United Group has celebrated two major milestones in southwest Florida, including a grand opening ceremony for one independent senior community.
