TVGA Consultants names McCoy as senior principal and Boyle as principal
David McCoy has been named senior principal and Terrance Boyle has been named principal with TVGA Consultants.
A project scientist, McCoy joined the firm in 1995 and currently manages TVGA's Jamestown office, which focuses on providing engineering services for municipal, private and not-for-profit clients in Chautauqua, Cattaraugus and Allegany Counties.
A CADD designer, Boyle also serves as CADD administrator, supervising and managing CADD activities in all areas of the 85-person firm. He has been with TVGA since 1999.
