Tsiolis of Diversified Realty LI represents buyer in $900,000 sale

West Babylon, NY Upper Restoration, a restoration and cleaning company serving Long Island, the five boroughs of New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Connecticut has purchased a 7,000 s/f warehouse at 72 Otis St. for $900,000. Upper Restoration was represented by Tommy Tsiolis of Diversified Realty LI, Inc. while Michael Freedberg of Suffolk Industrial Properties represented the seller.
