New York, NY Mildred Tolentino has commenced her new firm MTO-PROS, a minority and women owned company (MWBE) certified in NYC, NYS, and N.J. With 50 years of collective experience, MTO-PROS offers expertise in project and construction management services. MTO-PROS specializes in project and program management and roll-outs, pre-construction management services, risk assessment, capital planning, cost management, construction administration, and close-out.

President and CEO Mildred Tolentino has 20 years of construction experience beginning with a B.S. in Architecture from Pontifical Catholic University in the Dominican Republic.

She has worked in all fields of the construction industry including commercial interiors, retail, health care, non-profits, residential, hospitality, industrial, and education facilities.

Tolentino has contributed to the successes of major global project management firms such as Jones Lang LaSalle, CBRE and Trammell Crow. She is an expert in baseline schedule development, financial planning, and cost reduction strategies. She has also completed several LEED projects ranging from Certified to Gold.

Tolentino has brought together an unparalleled group of professionals to their roster.
