What emerging trends or shifts will shape opportunities for you, your firm, or market sector in 2026?
On the investment sales side, I think there will continue to be opportunities in NYC distress. Specifically, in smaller multifamily and office properties. Foreclosure, default, and receivership data shows an incredible number of properties in different stages of distress. Our relationship with institutions will help us get our share of assets coming through the pipeline. Once again, in 2026 cash will be king for investors to take a chance on these categories.
