Tishman Speyer's Farley, Kinsler and Silverman arrange 86,000 s/f lease
According to Tishman Speyer, CBS Broadcasting Inc. has leased 86,000 s/f at 190 Wood Ave. South, a single-story warehouse building located at The Offices at Metropark. The broadcaster intends to use the facility primarily for news division archival storage.
CBS Broadcasting Inc. was represented by Brian Given and Dick Hecker of FirstService Williams. Along with Calvin Farley, Tishman Speyer's Blythe Kinsler and Todd Silverman represented property ownership.
