On April 13, Steven Spinola, was honored as RFNY Person of the Year. He was honored for his accomplishments during his 25 years as president of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). The honor was bestowed by RFNY chairman, Jerry Cohen and president, Dale Hemmerdinger.
