The Upstate New York Chapter of the Appraisal Institute education courses

Verona, NY The Upstate New York Chapter of the Appraisal Institute has had an active education calendar for real estate appraisers again in 2023 for continuing education (CE) with upcoming seminars in December and the first month of 2024. The Appraisal Institute (AI) is recognized as the leader in the real estate appraisal industry and is one of the oldest organizations of real estate appraisers in the world.

The December 12, 2023 seminar will be the seven hour “USPAP Update Course” at Fairfield by Marriott, 5280 Willow Place, Verona. The instructor will be the former national Appraisal Institute president, James Murrett, MAI, SRA.

Starting 2024 off right, on January 11th, a seven hour “USPAP Update Course” located at the Sto-Lat-Bar Restaurant, 4475 Transit Rd., Buffalo. The instructor will be John Zukowski, MAI, SRA.
