The Majerovskys of Citywide represent landlord and tenant in 1,300 s/f retail lease

U.I.E. Group Inc. has signed a lease for 1,300 s/f of ground floor space plus basement at 848 Avenue of the Americas. They will be relocating from their 29th St. retail space as soon as renovation is completed. "We are starting to see positive movement in the retail sector," said Sasha Majerovsky of Citywide Properties, Inc. Citywide Properties' mother/daughter team of Maria Majerovsky and Sasha Majerovsky both represented the tenant. The landlord, Amon Real Estate was represented by Maria Majerovsky.
