Atlanta, GA According to The Life Properties, the property and construction management affiliate of Olive Tree Holdings, Jamin Harkness has joined the firm as president. Harkness will primarily focus on overseeing the day-to-day operations across the entirety of the property and construction management firm’s portfolio of work, which since inception has consisted of 16,000 workforce and affordable housing units.

Ahead of joining The Life Properties, Harkness served as executive vice president and Partner at The Management Group, LLC (TMG) where he managed and oversaw the day-to-day operations across TMG’s wide ranging property portfolio. Prior to his time at TMG, Harkness was vice president at Wesley Apartment Homes.

Harkness currently serves as the president of Duluth Cluster School Foundation, sits on the School Council of Coleman Middle School and serves as vice president of Professional Adoption and Family Services. Additionally, Harkness is a member of Kaiser Permanente's Executive Employer Advisory Council, a member of the Atlanta Apartment Association’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee and a volunteer at the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
He currently serves in Duluth, GA as an elected City Council Member. Harkness holds a a B.S. in Organizational Communications and an M.B.A in Management from Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, GA.
