The Hampshire Companies acquires 400,000 s/f industrial building
The Hampshire Companies has arranged the acquisition of a 400,000 s/f industrial building located at 200 Middlesex Avenue.
Located within Carteret's industrial market, the building offers easy access to the New Jersey Turnpike and is within close proximity to the area's major ports, making it an ideally situated distribution hub. The building features solid, functional warehouse facilities, strongly catering to the industrial user.
"We anticipate increased activity in the port area over the next few years, and the building's accessibility and close proximity to the ports made this an attractive investment opportunity," said Michael Harrington, an Investment manager for The Hampshire Companies. "Additionally, the size of the building and its wealth of functional warehouse space fit perfectly within our industrial portfolio."
