TerraCRG completes $2.2 million sale of 119 42nd St. in Sunset Park

Brooklyn, NY TerraCRG has completed the sale of 119 42nd St., a fully renovated commercial building, located in Sunset Park. The asset sold for $2.2 million, and the seller was exclusively represented by TerraCRG partners Dan Marks and Daniel Lebor, along with senior associate Jackson O’Neill. TerraCRG also procured the buyer for this transaction.

“Our clients did an incredible job transforming an old industrial warehouse and building it out with a double-high ceiling second floor and mezzanine, 2,500 s/f of outdoor space over two second-story decks, and a beautiful rooftop”, said Marks. “The buyer, a user from the arts industry, plans to enjoy the extensive improvements while retrofitting the building to meet their unique needs.”

Situated between First and Second Ave., and three blocks south of Industry City, the property is located a short distance to the 36th St. subway station and benefits from proximity to local restaurants, shops, and bars.
