T. Weiss Realty Corp. completes 2 class A office bldg. renovations

T. Weiss Realty Corp. has spent almost $600,000 upgrading the entrances, lobbies and public areas of two of its class A office properties. The Mevlille-based developer, owner and manager has undertaken the upgrades at the Melville Corporate Center I (MCCI) and the Broadhollow Corporate Center, despite the uncertain economic outlook to maintain the company's reputation as an industry leader. The renovations followed the recent completion of T. Weiss' Melville Corporate Center III, 324 S. Service Rd. "It is of the utmost importance that we invest in the future," said Ted Weiss, founder and chief executive of T. Weiss Realty. "We are putting capital back into the assets that we already own to ensure that our properties remain in superior condition and that our tenants always have superior workspaces." Both 105 Maxess Rd. and 532 Broadhollow Rd. are almost 100 percent leased.
