Sutton Real Estate brokers $2.565 million in sales and leases 52,100 s/f; Includes $1.25 million sale of Glacier Ridge Apartments by Bucci

Sutton Real Estate Company completed the following sales totaling $2.565 million and 52,100 s/f in leases: * CNY Painters and Allied Trades office building 615 West Genesee St., Syracuse was purchased by M&D Financial for $200,000. Bart Feinberg represented the sellers and Dick Robb represented the buyers. * 209 Second St., Liverpool sold to TJMG, LLC for $540,000. TJMG was represented by Andréa Bucci with Sutton and Martin McDermott of JF Real Estate represented the sellers. * Glacier Ridge Apartments, 3103-3130 Lupine Dr., Baldwinsville a 24-unit apartment building was sold by Bucci for $1.25 million. * Valerie Alfieri brokered a 2,100 s/f lease at 4100 West Genesee St. in Camillus between Sonbyrne Sales and Idol Nails. * Feinberg of Sutton represented Camfil USA in the lease of 28,000 s/f of flex space at 6600 Deere Rd., DeWitt. Mike Durkin of CBD Brokerage represented the landlord Midler Court Realty. * SPCPC renewed their 22,000 s/f warehouse lease at 6439 Deere Rd., DeWitt. The landlord B&B Family Limited Partnership was represented by Feinberg and Robb of Sutton and the SPCPC was represented by Partners National Real Estate Group in Dallas, Texas. * Feinberg brokered the $575,000 sale of 1351 Cherry Valley Tpk., Skaneateles, which consists of 119 self-storage units and a 3,500 s/f retail building on 13 acres.
