Antario of Suffolk Realty Group and Curtis of One Realty Services partner on two deals; Curtis also handles restaurant sale

Brightwaters, NY Suffolk Realty Group, Inc. and One Realty Services, Inc. have handled the following transactions:

91 Howells Road - Brightwaters, NY

Harry Antario, licensed associate real estate broker of Suffolk Realty Group, Inc. and Patrick Curtis, the corporate broker for locally-based One Realty Services, Inc., have brokered the lease of the 7,700 s/f single tenant NNN lease restaurant building valued at $2.3 million. The property is located at 91 Howells Rd. The building is currently vacant and has been leased by a new business owner, a successful restauranteur of LuLu’s Lobster Inne. The new tenants took occupancy on October 1st

The Shed restaurant, 21 Main Street - W. Sayville, NY

Antario and Curtis brokered the deal for purchase of the 6,300 s/f single tenant NNN lease restaurant building valued at $2 million. The property is located at 21 Main St. in W. Sayville. The deal closed in July with listing broker, Walter Hurney from Reliant Realty LLC. The building is currently occupied by a successful restaurant establishment known as “The Shed.”

215 Atlantic Avenue - East Moriches, NY

Curtis brokered the net lease of the former “Coral” Restaurant at Atlantic Cove Marina, 215 Atlantic Ave. in East Moriches. The tenant, Sea Salt Concepts, is an experienced and successful restauranteur with multiple locations on Long Island. One Realty Services, Inc. was the sole broker in this transaction. Due to the high demand for outdoor dining, accentuated by the COVID-19 pandemic, at this restaurant location, there was significant competition for the listing and the deal closed at a value of $1.238 million.
