After being in 158,000 s/f in Whippany for 10 years, P.C. Richard & Son will be moving its New Jersey-region warehouse and distribution center and employee training facility to 300,000 s/f, having signed a new lease at 2-8 Germak Dr.
The appliance/electronics retailer has also acquired the adjacent 64,370 s/f building at One Minue St., where it will open a retail store.
