Stonegate Real Estate exclusively brokers three deals totaling $2.737m
Valley Stream, NY Stonegate Real Estate completed the following transactions:
• 99 4th St., Valley Stream sold for $930,000. Robert Heicklen of Stonegate handled this transaction acting as exclusive agent. Sperber Realty sold the property to Cajun Crab.
• 28 Woodcleft Ave., Freeport sold for $557,000. Nicholas Battaglia of Stonegate handled this transaction acting as exclusive agent. Zattoli was the seller and Melendez was the buyer.
• 40/41 Westchester Sq., Bronx sold for $1.25 million. Heicklen handled this transaction acting as exclusive agent.
Westchester Square Holding Co. was the seller. The buyer was not disclosed.
