Sterling Services appoints Fernandes VP of sales and operations

According to Sterling Services, Dan Fernandes will join the organization as the firm's VP of sales and operations. His responsibilities will include overseeing the operations of the newly structured company. Prior to joining the Sterling team, Fernandes served at Newmark Knight Frank as a VP in property management. Fernandes is a faculty member of NYU's Real Estate institute and a major in the Marine Corps Reserve. For over 15 years, Sterling has been a leading resource in maintenance and restoration for commercial buildings, with a highly skilled and experienced staff at the helm of the organization. It specializes in metal, stone, wood maintenance and restoration, façade restoration, door fabrication and maintenance, as well as architectural metal fabrication and service. With a web-based enterprise work order system, Sterling monitors responses to service requests in order to deliver personalized, timely care to its customers. Over the years, the firm has built an impressive portfolio of high profile buildings in New York City, including historic landmarks and institutions.
