Los Angeles-based real estate investor Sonnenblick-Del Rio Norwalk LLC has signed a new 60,000 s/f lease for the entire third floor at their Norwalk Government Center office building project.
The new building tenant is Accenture LLP, the international consulting and management firm. The new lease is for 11 years, and has a total value of $12 million. The Norwalk Government Center is now 95% leased according to Bob Sonnenblick, managing member of the ownership entity. The tenant was represented by Liron Nelik and Laurie Condon of Studley. The building was represented by John Biven and Melissa Garcia of CBRE.
